Delivery Information


Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. ParcelForce is the delivery service being used, thus they will deliver your order in accordance to their terms and conditions. Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions within Scotland namely: Lothian Scotland, UK - Same day delivery Edinburgh, Livingston UK. Broxburn EH52, UK, Bathgate EH48, UK, West Calder EH55, UK, Mid Calder, East Calder UK £5 delivery
Fife Scotland, UK - Same day delivery By postcode. KY1 - KY5, K13 - £40 KY11, KY99 - £20 KY6 - KY7 £45 KY8 - KY9, KY14 £50 WEIGHT Delivery - Glasgow and Rest of UK (Next day delivery - whatever is given by service provider) Outside of these areas, we use Parcel Force delivery service that covers most UK residential addresses with individual postcodes. Any orders placed before 12.00noon Monday – Thursday will be shipped out the same day for next day delivery. If for any reason you will not be available to receive your order on a specified date, please contact our customer service line on 01313377470 / 07891322906 (local rate from mobiles) to arrange a suitable delivery date between Monday – Sunday. We will notify you via email or text message to advise a new delivery date if we are unable to deliver to you on the specified date due circumstances beyond our control.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and how to get your parcel which in most cases will be left to collect at the nearest post office/Parcelforce depot. There is no refund for any parcel delivered within 48Hours of shipping. In these circumstances, if the driver returns to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.




Collection Service


Our collection service is currently available at 193 Gorgie road, Edinburgh. EH11 1TT. If you choose to collect your order from our store, the time slot for collection will be agreed with you when you place your order. Please contact our customer service line on 01313377470 / 07891322906 (local rate from mobiles) to speak with a member of our staff at the warehouse who will be able to assist you. Please bring your order number and ID to collect your order (we will not be able give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of I.D. e.g. Passport or Driving Licence. Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.




Refund & Return Policy


Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not returned the damaged item, refund will not be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as frozen and ambient food cannot be returned due to contamination. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it has been approved, then a new product would replace the items returned. If the product is unavailable then you will be issued a voucher to the value of the product to use toward your next purchase. Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty The following products are not refundable unless faulty: Frozen, smoked or perishable goods Baby food Magazine where the seal has been broken Top-ups and scratch cards are not refundable under any circumstances
